Booking:  Turning Dreams Into Reality

With a swift 15-20 minute call, your dream inches closer to reality. Once approved, we book your trip, often with a refundable deposit. 

 

No holding onto your payment information here – quick calls handle the financial nitty-gritty, and keep your information safe, ensuring a stress-free process.

 

Planning:  We've Got This!

Enter the planning phase, where we do the heavy lifting, and you receive updates via e-mail. 

 

From packing suggestions to route planning for your road trip, we've got you covered. Need flight options? We won't book them, but we'll guide you through the sky. We arrange airport transfers (additional costs may apply), make reservations for dining and special activities, and ensure your journey is as smooth as a summer breeze.

 

Finalizing Plans:  The Countdown Begins

Around 30 days out, another delightful Zoom or phone call awaits. 

 

We work on final payments, fine-tune plans, and spend time answering every question you may have, ensuring you're ready for the adventure ahead.
